New Developments

Friday evening last week, my kitchen water faucet broke for the third time in 3.5 months. The landlord didn't respond until Monday. My church stepped in and provided me with a temporary place to stay until yesterday. Praise the Lord! They also told me to prepare to move February 1. I don't yet know where. They are looking and so am I. The doctor found some (probably benign) growths that need to be removed, so that surgery is scheduled. While I was staying in temporary housing, I experienced some of the same noises that I have been getting from my neighbor. I decided that this could not be people this time. Usually people case you out for awhile and get to know your habits before they start bothering you. This was immediate. It had to be satanic oppression. I also experienced that oppression in other ways while I was there. It was a hard and time-consuming battle. I had the church staff pray for me. I also read Scripture aloud and sang praises aloud. I didn't seem to be making headway until I started singing some original songs the Lord gave me several years ago. Praise the Lord for that! Maybe I should see if I could have some of those songs used in church. I am also involved in some relationship-building activities in church. One of those activities is trying to start a Voice of Martyrs prayer meeting at church. How we need each other! (Hebrews 10:25)
